Cell-Distance-Map of Normal Tissues
Cell distances were calculated and visualized by Larisa L. Kiseleva, Ph.D.
AIST Tokyo Waterfront Bio-IT; Research Building, 2-42 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo, 135-0064, Japan
Protein expressions of 812 genes and 60 tissue cell types were taken from the Proteinatlas by converting the colour code given in the Proteinatlas into numeric numbers in order to determine cell distance between theses tissues. The correlation distances was determined using Pearson correlation. By red colour connections of 0.8 correlation, by green 0.7, and by blue all remained (lower then 0.7)

Colour codes of protein expressions of cell lines displayed in the Proteinatlas were converted in numeric values. Pearson correlations were calculated and visualized.
